The Arts Circus provides a range of outreach workshops that run in conjunction with other projects, using highly skilled and experienced artists working within a community setting. Past collaborations have included workshops for Naomi House Children’s Hospice, Osborne School and care homes specialising in Alzheimer and dementia care.
Described as ‘a unique event’ whose ‘importance can not be overstated’ by ACOUSTIC magazine, the World Youth Guitar Festival is a 4 day event for classical guitarists aged 8-18 of any ability. The 5th Winchester Guitar Festival will be taking place from 23-25 July 2010. Hugely popular with adults and children alike, it focuses on playing the guitar in an ensemble setting coached by some of the world’s finest performers and tutors.
